This Refunds and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the terms and conditions regarding the processing of cancellations and refunds for services offered by Lineup Technology Services Pvt. Ltd. (“LineupX”) through our website (www.lineupx.com), mobile application, and associated services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service and by purchasing any paid feature (such as subscriptions or premium services), you agree to be bound by this Policy.
1. No Refund Policy
Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing, all payments made to LineupX are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Subscription fees for paid plans (e.g., employer, institution, or professional accounts);
One-time fees for premium features or job postings;
Any other charges incurred in connection with the Service.
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
Dissatisfaction with the Service or its features;
Partial or limited usage of the Service;
Technical issues not attributable to LineupX’s gross negligence or misconduct.
Please review this Policy and all applicable features and pricing carefully before making any purchase.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time via either of the following methods:
Customer Support: Send an email to support@lineupx.com with your registered email address and account details clearly stating your request for cancellation.
Customer Success: You can also reach out to your dedicated customer success manager with your registered email address and account details clearly stating your cancellation request.
Important:
Cancellations will become effective at the end of your current billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annual). You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the cycle. No prorated refunds or credits will be issued for unused periods or partial use.
3. One-Time Purchases and Non-Recurring Services
Payments made for non-subscription items—such as premium job postings, featured listings, or other one-time services—are non-cancelable and non-refundable once the transaction is completed.
4. Account Termination
If your account is terminated by LineupX due to a breach of our Terms of Service, you forfeit any right to refunds, regardless of the remaining duration of your subscription or service.
If you voluntarily close your account, your cancellation will follow the procedure outlined in Section 2 above.
5. Modifications to This Policy
LineupX reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time at its sole discretion. Significant changes will be communicated via website updates, email notifications, or in-app alerts. Continued use of the Service after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
6. Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat and venue of arbitration in Mumbai, India, and the proceedings conducted in English.
Before initiating arbitration, the parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute amicably by contacting support@lineupx.com within a period of 15 days.
